ONRUSH has a full single player campaign with a nearly 100 individual events to compete in and test your skills against the AI. All of which can be played co-operatively with a buddy!
You can find lots of ONRUSH gameplay footage on the YouTubes! However, if you’re too lazy to do a search, take a look at the below!
Full technical details will be revealed at a later date, but rest assured we’ll be making full use of the PS4 Pro and Xbox One X
We would absolutely LOVE to include split-screen. Couch co-op is something we all ADORE, but with our ambitious timeline before release it’s not something we’ve been able to do, unfortunately. We are, however, 100% focused on making ONRUSH the most exhilarating online multiplayer experience possible! That we’re sure you’ll all love.
ONRUSH will not feature steering wheel support
ONRUSH will feature eight vehicle classes in total, which are called; Blade, Outlaw, Vortex, Charger, Interceptor, Dynamo, Titan and Enforcer. Each has its own unique style, handling and abilities.
Fodder are neutral AI vehicles that are always in the action. Their sole purpose is to create some carnage and offer YOU, the player, a chance to take them down for an instant hit of boost.
With 12 fodder in the action at any one time you will be seeing a lot of them in ONRUSH. But don’t worry – they pose very little threat to you.
Think of them as moving, bite-sized packets of boost in a tasty metallic shell. Once you’ve had your first taste of fodder, you’ll be hunting them down for more.
Online multiplayer will be be 6v6, with 12 AI vehicles in the mix. So that’s 24 vehicles in total to ensure that you’re always in the carnage!
ONRUSH is all about speed, verticality and over-the-top takedowns. All of which just wouldn’t work in VR, unfortunately – unless you like feeling sick! However, if you REALLY want to experience ONRUSH in VR, we suggest you sit inside your washing machine during a cycle!
We are all BIG fans of the Nintendo Switch – in fact, most of the guys here spend their lunchtimes collecting moons! But, right now, bringing ONRUSH to the Switch is not something we’ve looked at in too much depth. ONRUSH is a fast, chaotic, adrenaline filled arcade racer and we wanted to focus on bringing that madness into your living room via Xbox and PlayStation.
